I would like to expand and it seems like the only tool i get is the marker, but no land deed wants to appear :-(
Does anyone want to help me? I'm willing to pay full price. Or trade with the markers - I've got approx. 7 I can't use.

I'm new in here and I don't know how this works; with trading, how to let the other farmer know you're ready to purchase and so on...

I could also use both silver, gold or/and platinum ore. Or dynamite.
I've got coffee.
