I have NO idea. It's annoying to all including me. I delete it all before I hit 'reply' and it still appears. Sometimes I can't even type in the box and hence have to type in the 'subject' line - does anyone else have this problem and how do you resolve it?

Did you try going to your account and looking to see if maybe it's under your signature?
