Edit: yay it's working now! My GC friends disappeared, so I followed another farm and I guess that reloaded the friend bar, which caused them to show up again! My shop went out a couple times (join Facebook for five diamonds!) but visiting another farm caused it to come back up again. Of course I fixed it right after I sent an angry email to hayday...
