Thanks to all that helped with the pies, I have all that I need for this boat, and I just need six goat cheeses. I have four in the making and will have enough time to get them all made in the next 12 hours. Not that I wouldn't buy the last two if someone is itching to sell!

I had my creamery tied up with making the goat cheese for the boat. I needed butters and cream so I could work on some cakes. I am trying for the 10 truck orders in 30 minutes, so I need some cakes. But I am doing ok with her help. And back to making my own after I finish the last three goat cheeses in queue.
