I got one yesterday for a boat I filled as soon as it came in. I haven't seen one in a while but was pleasantly surprised when the boat left and it gave me one. I assumed it gave it to me because I filled the boat in record time?

The only one I've recently got came from a bar (platinum+gold) order. But yes, REALLY rare now. Seen sometimes in a wheel butnever got one there.
