Are you allowed to take sleeping pills? Close the windows and make your room warmer, drink a lot of fluid; don't get dehydrated as it will only make things worse.
Grab some antibiotics if the doctor lets you, consult him/her via phone so you don't have to move around too much.

I have Valium, that helps me sleep, sometimes. Have doc appt for 26th March, earliest I can get an appt. been waiting since before last week for this appt :-(
