iPad crashes when trying to open Facebook photos, about, events, etc.

I run iOS 18.5 on an iPad 4th generation. For about a month whenever I hit a Facebook “photos”, “about”, “events” or “reels” tab FB crashes. This does not happen on my iPhone so this is unique to the iPad. I have trashed and reinstalled Facebook several times to no avail.
Suggestions are more than welcome.

Hey, you can follow the given checks to resolve it -
1) Make sure you are using updated version of iPadOS and Facebook.
2) have enough free storage in your iPad.
3) clearing facebook app cache in your iPad.

You could clear the caches by deleting the App and re-installing.

Correct. I intended to edit my post in order to add this information when you replied.
Deleting the app was what swami7774 has done before posting.

Clearing the cache without deleting the app is not possible.
