No matter how old we are, they always look at us as a kid...
There was one stage of my life, when I look at them, and realize, I'm too busy growing up, and forgot that they are also growing old..

But i admit... Sometimes, strangers can be more understanding than our own parents

i feel you on this..

its sometimes hard to make them understand how we feel about certain stuff. in fact, very hard.
but they are still are parents, and thats to stay for good. so we cant certainly ignore them because they have brought us to be who are are now? :/

i always believe if either party is willing to compromise, it will all turn out well.

6 months? me and my mother cant last not speaking to each other for a week! there was once we had an argument, a bad one. and after a week. we pretend it never happened and everything was back to normal.
im sure its the same for you 2.. even though its 6 months. but the the motherly bond that will keep you 2 together no matter what happens.

Or the most 2 days as i remember..
I was like screaming and yelling at each other!! But we pretend nothing had happened the next day!!

Usually it is 2 times a day. Even when I am in the Middle East and it costs a fortune. That trip just did it in.

i believe this will all happen between parents and their kids. its the after math on how you deal with it. =/

arghs!! sucks that we are growing up so fast and talking about all these! few years back. we wouldnt be so sensible ! lol.
