Funny thing about the emergency number on household appliances here is: they never work. The calls went thru, alright. But they kept asking me to call different numbers like the service center/the store where I bought it/the suppliers etc.

So I always keep the number of a service guy that doesn't even work at those companies. He just happened to be a handy man and he's the one I always call when something goes wrong..

It's the maintenance number for our apartment complex
