I would like to ask for an extra opinion or two. I have mismanaged my farm a bit (or maybe I am lazy) and have only about 26 000, question is, should I go for the mine or save up for the juice press, considering that I have a lot of dynamite, TNT and shovels?

I would get the juicer. Here is why: once you spend the dough to get the mine, it is useless unless you have a smelter. The smelter also costs quite a bit. S it will be about 100k before you are able to do anything for profit. If you didn't get the smelter, the ore is so dirt cheap that it isn't even worth it. When you use a 72 coin TNT to blow up and get ore, you only get about 2-4 pieces. 10 pieces sell for 144-180. Without a smelter, you are just losing money with the mine.

I had this same problem. Are you getting truck orders for silver/gold bars? I would save up for the juicer first. I opened the mine before I had juicer and dock, and it really set me back. Slowly saving coins again.

EDIT: at least I got quite a few TNT's by harvesting...
