I have never found an expansion material in a treasure chest, that's all I can say about them. Saw them on the wheel, saw them for sale earlier today (just 2), and harvested a couple. so don't know why you guys can't get any...

To be fair I've been working tonight and haven't had time to do the constant wheat harvest but the items I have found in harvesting have been bolts and panels.
