It's called ore. And it's for some reason become very very rare, just like the mining materials. Unfortunately we all are having a hard time finding them too. Yesterday four of my five smelters were all empty too good luck and happy farming!

You sell them at your roadside stand after arranging on here or privately to trade. First you do what we call wheating, this is placing 1 wheat for 1 coin at the far left of your stall. Once your intended recipient buys it place the item you want to sell. The price you sell for should be discussed beforehand.
