I don't completely agree with this. I am a millionaire on Hay Day (too bad this isn't real life! Lol!) and I sell mostly through truck and boat. I just sell odds and ends when I get extras through my store (mostly extra building, extra feed, and stuff I made too much of). I do not sell agressively through the store at all, I probably put stuff in several times a day, but my biggest concentration is on trucks and boat. One reason I think it has worked for me, is I make most of my own stuff and grow most of my own stuff. I do search the paper for bargains, but I try to do my own producing most of the time. Anyways, I wanted to bring that up to mention that there are lots of ways to play the game and they usually all work out in the end.

I'm like that in that I try to be as self sufficient a farmer as possible. I do sell a lot of stuff on my stall tho. Just not anything that can be used as an ingredient in something else. I did get a lot of help when completing captain and for that I am grateful.

Hay every one, just wondering what's your game plan with hay day? I'm still deciding mine lol.

Do you stock up on products so you have them ready for boat orders?
Or do you sell what you make to get money faster and buy machinery?

Ok if you are looking to raise your coin you need to do sales of stock machine and in addition use adv. magazine to buy cheap item and resell them in higher price. Also try to sell items by 10 this will help to increase the cash fast.
For boat order they only benefit is voucher and xp collection while truck orders few of them give you good coin money.
In summary you need to decide if u want to level up or increase money , in my case I do both together ,,, good luck farming

A huge help for me, has been to ignore (trash) the orders for the basics (sugar, cream, butter)...filling those orders slows the game, because then you won't be able to make the high profit items.

Meanwhile...I just lost 7 (seven!!!!) diamonds...and I was saving them for a green voucher...grrrrrrr. That's frustrating; I'm fairly certain that I didn't spend them recklessly. In the past, the diamonds magically showed up a few hours later.

By the way, has anyone else noticed how slowly the game loads when you visit other farm stands?

If you consider in the time factor, I do disagree with you , I am also multi millionaire but did it in very short time because of trading and selling

I got a lot of help by reading most of this entire thread, there are a lot of posts that are hidden among the requests. It is worth it to read.

For me, i look at what sells and what it takes to make them for example, eggs it takes 10 feeds to make 10 eggs. I can make and sell 10 feeds for 72 coins (they sell fast at that price which is full price). Also the walk up neighbors ask for eggs at about .12 an egg. So if I can find eggs for less than 7 coins each (10 for 70 coins or less) in the paper, I buy them and use them (cheaper than making them) or resell to neighbors. I make and sell feed at full price, it sell quickly. I have noticed that manny of my friends thru here buy them.

Also, I make and sell the quicker crops at lower prices. You get more building materials that way in the crops, and the lower priced crops sell well. Also I will sell wheat and carrots to the neighbors but not corn. They don,t pay much for corn as it takes to make it but they pay more for the others. You just have to watch and see what is better for you. I rarely sell the longer crops, anything in the second tier to the neighbors, they don,t pay we'll. you will get more by selling in the stall. HTH.

I just got the jewelry maker and have been making bracelets. I have had one order on the board and no more. I did rip off two of it that we're duplicates, so maybe I messed up. So I am waiting for more orders since they seem to make more money on the board than in the stall

But wonder when I get to make other jewelry, at what levels. Thanks.

I think by the next level you'll get to make necklace, and on the next level diamond ring... If I'm not mistaken diamond ring is at level 40. Are you on level 38 right now?
