The IPF app is free. Tap talk is another app that you may for to allow viewing of different forums/social media on one app.

I am not sure if it is different for members versus moderators, however we are allowed 4000 messages. To verify how many you are allowed, if using safari or another browser to access this forum you can go to your inbox and scroll to the bottom of the page. From there, you will see the max amount of messages stored.

Yes, I've wondered if devs or advertisers are keeping stats about how many viewings result in a download.
