Hay Day Discussion and Game Help Thread (NO FRIEND REQUESTS)

I stopped at 550 for both awhile back. I should have kept going but I didn't think the latest update would make people hoard building materials.

I was one of the lucky ones who managed to reach maximum capacity in both my barn and silo very early on in the game. And admit I hoarded some materials for friends, I also grab them if I see them in the paper and then put them on my stall, then all of MY neighbors who are short on materials, know they can come to my place and easily get some, instead of having to flip through endless pages or countless stalls searching for them. It's a shame though if people are hoarding them for the sake of having them, what's the point? They should share them around.

Yeah well I'm trying to find some more materials to upgrade again and it's not easy finding what I need.

I'm sorry you're finding it hard, i can ad you if you like. If my neighbors need something in particular they just change their name to what they're after, then if I find their request I put up for example "1 millions 3 bolts" most of them will respect that its for someone else, because they know I will help them too. I never place ads in the paper, everything goes to my neighbors.

Hey guys need some help here....
I used to be playing hayday on my iphone but one day my niece was playing with my iphone and ended up her game was on my iphone.
I figured my own game is gone but i don't mind restarting... just that even deleting and reinstalling, using a different gamecenter account or itunes account all don't work.
My niece's farm just "stays" on my iphone lol.
Anyone has an idea how i can get my own new game on my iphone again?

Sooo. I just noticed my xps are not getting added on. Does anyone know if they are bringing out any more levels? Does our xp accumulate and then be dispersed into our game after any new levels? My money is still accumulating, just no xps. ???

Maybe emailing the team? They should be able to sort it out. I think everything is stored on a server, so your game should still be there floating around in cyber space. But in any case they should be able to rectify the issue.

Thanks I'll sure appreciate that. Are we GC friends? If so my farm name is Big Daddy's. If not PM me your farm name and GC name.

Can we please like have a separate newspaper or something for all the people that insist on cluttering up the paper with stupid egg ads? Call it "The Daily Yolk" or whatever, I don't care. But I hate scrolling thru dozens of ads all for ten eggs for 250 coins. Put the eggs in their own newspaper for the people that want them lol. (I know some people advertising eggs are selling more than just that, but then advertise those other things, not a million eggs!) thank you, rant over :)

You'll get used to it. We all have.

There are quite a few hidden goodies in those egg adds. People instinctively shut a paper filled with eggs, though sometimes its worth having a quick browse through them. People might place an add for their eggs, no one buys them and then they start filling up their slots with other items. I've found all kinds of goodies in those adds, including materials. Think of it as a treasure Hunt.

I hate when I click on a low priced egg ad only to find their whole stand is full of eggs.

I don't sell eggs, however I do advertise the least popular items so that my advertisement stays out there longer.

I sell hot items because I don't like my stand being tied up for to long. I like a quick turn a round. We each have our own preferences when it comes to playing Hay Day.

I sell everything thru the stand(except eggs, bacon, wool and milk, I save those for my walk ups), I don't run truck orders or boat orders anymore since I hit level 50 therefore I don't get XP points anymore. Least popular items to me are popcorn, bread and cornbread.

Since the last update I'm seeing a lot more bread, chili popcorn, and cornbread for sale.
