Cant say I have ever had a partial boat order come back. However I think I had one instance where the boat was scheduled to leave but then another 12 hrs was added. The boat was new to me at the time so I didnt think too much about it. It was on a boat that had orders that I didnt finished filling the boxes for. Havent had that happen again yet.

Ok so it happened again. Last night I had 2.5 hrs left on a boat that was waiting for 2 more juices to complete entire shipment, but I needed an extra half hour or so for the last juice to finish. I went to bed believing I wasnt going to get the bonus stars since no matter how hard I searched the newspaper, there wasnt any juice to be found. Just now remembered to check dock for new requests only to find it is the same boat, but now with remaining time of ~12 hrs left. Of course now my juice is ready and I have sent it on its merry way. 4hrs till next boat as usual. Guess we get time extensions every now and then. :D

But, you should be able to fill orders using the truck as soon as you start playing. That will get stuff out of your barn.

You're right! My bad. I was thinking beyond the truck orders :-/

Congratulations! I'm trying to decide between a juice press or 2 smelters. Decisions, decisions...

For those of you needing to purchase ore....

How much ore do I need to make each bar? (gold, silver, etc.). How long to make one? Thanks! I have a smelter, but haven't opened my mine yet.

I already have one, but I believe the price goes up to buy the second one. Does the price increase each time you get each smelter? First one was x amount, but the second is more expensive, etc

Silver 3 ores + 8 hrs = 1 bar
Gold 3 ores + 12 hrs = 1 bar
Platinum 3 ores + 16 hrs = 1 bar

Here you go...

Well, now I know the exp porints needed at each level, what kind of stuff I'm gonna get at each level, fields expand by 3 every 2 levels, and at level 42 you get 3 sheep pastures,
at level 37 you get spicy pizza, at level 50 you need 157000 to levelup, but that's currently the very last level anyone could get to.
About the slots... A smelter, which originally needs 9500 coins, increase by 9500 at every purchase. 22000, 31500, 41000, 50500. So basically you need 157500 in total to get all the 5 smelters.
A hammermill has 3 three slots at first. 1 for a smelter. The other machines have 2 slots. 9 slots in total. You can do the math.

Sigh, I just bought my first smelter, still have not opened the dock or the mine... I just can't seem to make the big bucks quick.... Any tips? I am always dumbfounded when I see people selling like 50 or 60 bacon and eggs or nails or whatever in their store.... How do they manage to get so many at one time to sell?

As you get higher in game, you can get more animals ... Here is a suggestion, how I got my ferry and mine open. ( my opinion, mine was a waste of money...but you may like it.). I woul gather about 10 bacon, wool, milk, crops, etc... And put as any as possible up for sale, for as expensive as possible, wait till you have as much as you can fill in stall to use advertisement, that way if someone des buy ur advertised product, they might buy another item in stall too.... Don't worry bout price being too high for now... F no one wants to buy it, Greg will, may take a day or two, but he will. First open the ferry. It is kind of like another board to sell stuff. It gives you list of things, and once u fill the order it goes into crate, you can fill all crates, whatever isn't finished on time, well ferry leaves when time is up. You can add me if you want, and if you need anything else, you can email me, ... Moderator notice...No email...... Oh, and if you grow the crops, just keep making the feed... ( don't harvest the animals, ) then you can sell the feed.... It always sells, good luck

Thanks for that... My issue is I never seem to have enough wool or bacon and have to keep buying it from stores or the paper to keep up with the load.... The silly pigs are so expensive to buy

Yes they are exp. try leaving the chickens and cows alone for while make pig feed, pig feed sheep feed sheep feed, ather and collect the bacon and wool, just ignore the orders, gather what you can sell to stall and visitors to farm, get the money and supplies to increase barn and silo....grow crops and sell too. Indigo, chilli peppers and pumpkins sell pretty good and u can sell pretty high, also any feed sells too, putting eggs as EVERYONE puts those, advertise what you D T see in pare, chances are others are looking for it, my experience found the following sells good

ANY FRUIT ...AS EXPENSIVE AS YOU CAN ...it will sell, if not, Greg will buy it.
Pumpkins
Chilli peppers
Indigo
Soy beans
Animal feed
Wool
Bacon

Those are what sell best for me. Gl, I accepted ur request

Oh and be sure to ask fr help on your fruit trees and bushes, they are worth the cost I usually have at least 10 trees and 5-10 bushes, then 1st time they "die" use the ! Ver it and ask for help...share to fb, anyone visiting ur farm can help by tapping on the ! Then you get more fruit, when dies second time, use saw or ax to get rid of it buy new ones. They are big big moneymaker.
