Most of the building materials I get from the newspaper (and sometimes I also happened to find some tnt/shovels, bars, jewelry) are concealed in between crops, eggs, or eggs and bacon.
I have found the most when the newspaper had mixed ads. When I see just eggs and bacon or just eggs usually no goodies concealed.
Often I just randomly open ads (starting from the last page) and find some good stuff...also in good amount. just a matter of luck really.

I have no luck with paper, everything anything decent comes up, it's gone by the time I've clicked on it, or says someone else has allready bought this.

Hay, just got a quick question. Have you ever gone through all the adds in the paper when it's eggs and bacon? And if u have, have you found anything decent. I'm desperate for ores or TNT so going to desperate measures lol, but think I'm wasting my time.

I could also sell some ore, especially the silver ore. Pm me.

I love that feeling when you happen upon a stall where someone just keeps adding building materials... its heaven, you just sit there and wait and you come away with an entire upgrade

happened twice to me. first time got 16 bolts from a guy, second time got 22 bolts from a different guy who also placed 22 planks, but because of stalkers I missed almost all of those

my best was however a guy (level 10 or so) who was advertising wheat and next to it 2 bolts for 12 coins and 1 screw for 10 coins
but then a lot of lurkers came by and it was impossible to get more materials.
Sometimes I wonder why people place some products with such cheap prices though...

I am not sure, but I think the amount of materials you find depends on your level as well... I have asked this to the developers but no reply. But I notices that it was much harder for me to find certain products in good quantity or at a good price e.g 10 levels ago...

Yeah it was happening to me earlier when I was checking my neighbours' boats. Had to give up in the end.

New to this form so excuse any mistakes (also have a splitting headache) ... I've searched for weeks for planks for my barn and nails for my silo but can't find any. Help!!!!! Love the game,,,,, addicted and losing sleep!!!
