Sigh if only the newspaper always looked like this!

Can't agree more :D
But recently, with the slowdown of the newspaper, I was actually able to do decent shopping, by looking at other items being sold at the advertised shops...
Apparently the system is getting better -- or maybe the players are getting better on trading!

Hello all. I have only been playing this game for a few days and quite simply cannot put it down! Apologies if this has been asked already, there are 59 pages on this thread and I have read through as many as I can but not all of them. My question is this... I see you can spend diamonds adding extra slots to the machinery. Which ones would it benefit me the most to do this on? I don't want to waste my diamonds if I can help it. Thank you :)

I think it depends on your own strategy & needs..

In the older posts, advanced players advised to expand machines with short production time & is needed for making other products. For example, sugar mill & dairy. Of course, feed mills are also important to expand..

I chose to expand all machines as much as I can afford; but currently stopped when the next slot asks for 12/15 diamonds as I don't have that much :(

I wish there was a way to buy back things from your own market. Undoubtedly when I put something up for sale that takes a while to produce, I get an order for that same product. dde1ddde1d

Once, I wasted one diamond to cancel one slot I just put up for sale, hoping that I would get the items back in my barn. But I didn't get it back...
I learned it the hard way... :(
They didn't even put a warning...

We should be able to cancel orders of queueing on the machinery, as well as cancel our own market -- at least the ones we didn't put advertisement for..

Hi can anyone tell me how you can change the name that appears on my roadside stall? I think it must come from the game centre but I have changed everything I can find and still the name on my stall doesn't change.

Hope you can help!

How can I earn money quicker ? I am trying to save money for the mine..

I change my game play depending on whether I need xp or cash...

Sometimes the best way to make cash is make time consuming items and sell them for max price.

It was picking up my face book name! So even when I changed it in settings it didn't change on the roadside stall. I had to disconnect from Facebook for it to stop putting my name on the stall. Didn't like my 'real' name appearing in the game!

If you're logged into Facebook whatever your name is will show up on the roadside store. I set up a new account just so I could refresh my trees (without all my facebook friends complaining) now my store name is what I want and I can refresh my trees guilt free!!!

I noticed yesterday one of my neighbours had changed their roadside stall name to be "I need lots of butter popcorn" which I thought was a good idea as then any neighbours can then put up butter popcorn (or whatever) if they want to help out. Thought that was good thinking.

I actually chop down my trees after two harvests. Can't bear all the Facebook spamming. Never thought of setting up a hayday specific facebook account. That's a great idea. My daughter plays too and she's not allowed to have Facebook yet - too young. I wonder if we could both use he same fake account? Must give it a go!

Thanks!
