Where do you get bolts and pannels?

Because that's how the game is, there are certain items you rarely get or never get so that you can go trade, buy from newspaper or buy from supercell.

It's called wheating. Put up 1 piece of wheat for 1 coin, that way when the person. You're looking to sell to buys it, you'll see there name and will know they're at your farm.
