Hay Day Discussion and Game Help Thread (NO FRIEND REQUESTS)

Ahhh!! I see...
Thanks, Ornatrix & kewb62.
I've been going the wrong way to get money. I keep trying to fulfill truck orders! They look so tempting with their high coins and exp value. Lol.
Got it. I'll focus on getting my money first :)
Thanks!

Yes, to make money, that is probably the quickest way, but I do a lot of truck orders, not as much selling in my stand and I have still massed more than a million dollars. I did not spend a lot of money on decorations (I decorate more with fruit trees and bushes), I mostly sold excess eggs, bacon, wool, and milk to the visitors. In the early days I also sold explosives and cutting tools to them, but now I hoard those. In the early days I really concentrated on expanding my silo and barn. Now I am comfortable with their size (around 800) and so I sell off building material at full price in the shop. I use to plant wheat over and over in the early days and sell off the excess, but I don't think it sells as well now days. Personally I would not ignore the trucks completely, I would just be very selective on what I sold that way. Just rip off any sell you don't like. At your level I would make lots of dairy products and sugar to sell in the newspaper. Sell it at full price. People at the upper levels are always needing sugars and dairy products. We can not keep them in stock for long and they are almost impossible to find in the newspaper. You could have a good little business going keeping others supplied. Lol!

You guys think it's worth doing the truck deliveries that take metal bars for the tickets? I've been stockpiling my bars in anticipation of the jewelry machine, since they take forever to make.

Once you have the jewelry machine, the orders for jewelry items also pay tokens, so I would keep your bars if you have the space (unless you need a pet RIGHT NOW lol). Ore is scarce recently so it's hard to make bars. I also have 5 smelters with 2 slots each and they often sit idle for lack of ore, so I can't produce jewelry as fast as I want. Smelter take something like 8-12+ hrs to produce a bar from ore. Jewelry machine is much faster but you have to have the bars.

Anyone have bolts to sell me for max price? Or if you prefer, I can trade panels, duct tape, screws, nails, or planks for them.
