Not to zap the fun,



But worked with my colleague for several years, great guy, funny, and very helpful, went in for back surgery then never came out, before he was to leave supposedly he had a heart attack and died in the hospital. I'm just shocked and in disbelief, Ty for the prayers, I too and my other ex co-workers are just taken back. July would have been 50. I too felt funny a few weeks ago. Shortness of breath, I woke up in a panic, like I couldn't take oxygen, felt like passing out, had to sit in the shower with cool water to calm me down, my heart racing, I don't ever want to feel like that again, no I didn't go to the E R. No insurance and unemployed at the moment. Told the gf I thought I was dying she gave me a look...anyway.. Weird thing is that I was just thinking of him just two days ago, about a situation where he owed me a bottle of wine, and then I hear this..

So sorry to hear about your colleague Izzy. It's so hard to come to terms with something like this. I know what it's like to lose someone, so I really do feel for you.

Maybe you can take a little comfort in knowing that he is in a better place ( hopefully I don't offend anyone) I did with my dad esp. At such a very young age. Things like this ease with time. It's just never easy.

Ps next time you can't breath like that go to the ER it's not worth your life!! I don't have insurance either so I get it but don't do that again! :D

If someone has the time, I have a raspberry bush over by my barn that needs reviving please. Thanks!

As for losing a parent, I've not experienced that yet, but my parents are approaching 80. But what I am in the process of experiencing is losing 2 children. I have 2 kids with a very rare genetic disease called Batten Disease. I had listed it in my signature line along with the website for information but I got reemed for doing that. I had to take it off of my signature. My kids are still alive but I have to watch them deteriorate every day. They are blind and losing their mental capacities. My son who is 17 is beginning to lose his speech now. He is 17 and average life expectancy is about to age 22. Look it up. Google BDSRA and you will find it.

I'm really sorry you are going through this, it can't be easy and being a mother I just can't even imagine, I'm sorry for your struggles.

I don't think anyone was trying to ream you either it's just part of the rules is all :)
