I'm sorry to hear that, it's not easy to lose someone, ever. My dad died of brain cancer at 49 such a young age. I'm really sorry, keep your chin up

Aww thanks. It happened in 2008 and while I still miss him dearly everyday I've had time to heal, it never goes away completely but gets a little better with time!

Aww thanks izzy it's not easy but at least I had time to say goodbye, I got 6 wonderful months with him after he was diagnosed, some people lose parents with no warning, so I feel lucky to have had that time with him.

I also didnt mean to say that and take away from your hurt right now (if that makes sense)
