We had pancakes after dinner and I just made simple chicken and french fries... My main focus was making pancakes lol

Ditto here on pancakes.
I didn't know (ignorant American, hah!!) until oldest daughter said she wanted pancakes for dinner because it's pancakes day.
So had to run to co-op for milk and eggs to make some American style pancakes (and I make awesome ones )

But me and my housemate just made the most amazing American Style Pancakes! Yuuuummmmm...

Pancake day is just Shrove Tuesday but UK and a couple of other places have a tradition of making pancakes. Used to be to use up your milk and eggs before Lent.

But I'm not religious person so I just eat the pancakes as I love them! Haha

1 cup regular flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 tablespoon sugar (whatever you have)
1/2 tablespoon salt
1 egg
1 cup milk

Mix dry goods and set aside. Scramble the egg for a good minute (I swear the more bubbly the fluffier the pancakes ) and then dump in the milk. Mix again. Then dump all wet ingredients into dry. Mix until smooth and voila If too runny, add a bit more flour. If too think, add a bit more milk.
