hi all new here. Just harvested some apples and rasberries and wasnt able to play the game yesterday due to work. It wont let me put the sign up to revive them. Is there a set time that you have to harvest in order to revive?

If there's no ! sign then it means tree is dead and needs to be cut down. You can only revive trees/bushes twice.
