We train our brain to rest... I can't sleep if i am thinking too much or doing stuffs i haven't finished yet so if it's past midnight, i wrap up the things i need to accomplish for the day and just lie down... But i admit there are times it's already 4am when i just feel sleepy and i have to wake before 8am for work... Not a good feeling at all...

Aww, I'm sorry you suffer too Chad. I'm always thinking too much, I guess that doesn't help. I'm at the point where I just have to let myself get so overtired that I just crash. Doesn't seem to work any other way for me at the moment. Eh, such is life I suppose. Hope you have a good day hon. x

Grrrr... Stupid app!! I finally made it to level 38 and got my jewellery stall just have to wait a day and a half for it to open, oh well. Lol

Hello I'm very close to upgrading and expanding. I need 6 nails for the silo and have screws or panels to trade. For the barn I need 5 bolts and 3 planks and have tapes to trade. if the trade dosent go thrue i would be rly intressted in 4 bolts, 3 planks and 2 deeds or if u got more of it full price is fine
