Laura, insomnia? Same here but i try to sleep at 1am... Nytnyt...

Yeah, Chad, it's sucks. Something I've suffered since I was a teen though. I'm 32 now. It's good that you try to maintain a pattern, how does that work out for you? At this point I've completely given up. 5-7am has become an almost regular "falling asleep" time regardless of what time I try. Gets me down a lot. Sorry off topic :-/ x

We train our brain to rest... I can't sleep if i am thinking too much or doing stuffs i haven't finished yet so if it's past midnight, i wrap up the things i need to accomplish for the day and just lie down... But i admit there are times it's already 4am when i just feel sleepy and i have to wake before 8am for work... Not a good feeling at all...
