The problem with the guys selling 10x is that they sometimes just want to clear all their materials especially if selling different kinds. I usually tend to follow who sells (better though if unadvertised) 1x, 2x or anyway small amounts because there might be higher chances that person will put more on sale again later.
I have 5 followers, all of whom had planks in the paper at some point. Only 1 of them I found selling nails, the others just eggs. So if nothing interesting comes up after a day or so I discard them and follow new ones. Can't really wait forever lol

I've never paid all that much attention to the people I follow I know that I miss out on following a lot of ppl that would potentially have good stuff because of it! I think I'm gonna watch that more and un follow un helpful people I have followed lol try to keep 1 free in case
