My biggest tip for someone your level is to concentrate on making money and not on leveling up quickly. If you level up too fast you will end up being stuck without enough money for the machines you unlock. The best way to do this is to concentrate on selling items in your stall and ignoring the truck orders and walk up customers. Also, you should have the free trial of Tom soon, unless you have it already? The best way to use him at your level is to make money, send him out for the most expensive thing you can and then sell it full price in your stall. Hope this helps! Happy farming!

My next boat is sugars so I have 8 hours to restock in the meantime while waiting for other boat. I'm 150 truck orders away from completing beep beep III, but I'm in no rush. Need the coins more for the last smelter and jeweler.
