Lol same here!! It's always Im gonna diet and it fails miserably everything year!! This year it's gonna be I am just gonna change how I eat I just gonna be more healthy about it!! I was diagnosed with ms about 6 months ago so I have to make changes!! I think I might have more success if I just try to change bad habits lol...maybe

I just filled a boat with berry juice, vanilla ice cream and chocolate ice cream and all i am getting is a blue ticket

I'm sorry to hear about your diagnosis, my friend was being tested for MS and thankfully she doesn't have it. Changing your diet to healthy foods and getting some form of light exercise will work wonders! I changed my white rice and pasta for wholemeal, some wholemeal pastas and rice tasted horrible, but I found some nice ones which I have stuck to. Doesn't take much to change the foods you eat. Good luck with it.

Thank yoju, thankfully it's not like 20 yrs ago,it's not a death sentence! I had the one well maybe 2 relapses and I have been fine since( I take a shot once a week now)!!!! Alot of people think of worst case scenario when they think ms. I could go years without having another relapse! Anyway who knows! So yes I figure instead of dieting I just need to make life changes instead

Thank you Lex y'all are so sweet! I agree I read somewhere that if you can make yourself do something for 30 days then after that it will become a habit!! That's nothing lol so I try to think about it like that!! But yes that's why I want to do it this way this time Change little things rather than a drastic diet lol

Modern medicine has made a lot of progress the last decade or two. I hope there will be a cure soon
And that you remain healthy with no relapses until a cure is found

Drastic diet never works. You feel too deprived and the body goes into starvation mode so you gain instead of,losing weight (if you lose weight it comes back after you stop the diet).
So small changes are easier to integrate into daly life.... Walk a few minutes more, drink more water and less soda/sugary drinks etc. before you Know it it will become a habit.
