Speaking of materials... My silo is at 700. Only once did it get full and it was mostly due to me hoarding cheap fruits from the paper and also having a surplus of wheat and corn (not sure why). It didn't last long. A neighbour came to buy 40 of the apples

On average though, my silo is at 575 full. I easily get silo material, just screws where I need to buy at the end, and now without realising it, I am now almost at the half way mark to go to 725. Should I keep them and go to 725 or should I sell and save the money to buy the two smelters (the last two). I only sell jewellery to the truck and just do them here and there. Do I need 5 smelters?

I am half way to level 43. Not sure when I can buy my last set of goats but after goats and the two smelters, I will be done buying. TIA!!

Your barn must be massive!!

Not really. It's at 825 and halfway (material wise) to 850. I sell a lot of animal feed to keep the barn from over flowing. I try to keep sugars and dairy products at 10+ and I just produce and buy from paper whatever I lack for boats during the four gap between boats and when the boat docks.

Cheap apples is what I find a lot of and the neighbour usually stops by quickly after wanting them (which I usually sell to since fruits at high price takes ages to sell in the stall). Only twice did I get cheap (base price) coffee and cocoa beans.

I try to keep a stash of about 100 crops each and 40 fruits from my trees (I don't event harvest the trees unless I need the fruit) - this fill it up pretty fast!

I upgraded my silo to 725 and kind of wish I had kept it at 700 so it'd be a nice round number. If I were you I would sell off the materials for the money for the rest of the smelters. The only time my silo is full is when I am planting a ton of wheat to try to get stuff and I have 200-300 in there. Those are easy enough to sell off pretty quickly and 25 more spaces doesn't really make a difference for that purpose.
