I'm going buy iPad for my 3 year old granddaughter who fights her siblings for theirs
Is 16 Wi Fi good enough for games movies or do we need 32 Wi Fi

As most people say buy the bigger you can affort. However all depend on how many movies you plan on having installed in the ipad at the time. The biggest movies will be at the most around 1.5 gb plus the games you will like to install.

Now in my personal seleztion, If I was doing this for my kids then I will go with a 32gb.

Surprising how quickly you can fill them.
Unless you have a streaming app for the videos 32 is the best choice as those kids movies take up a lot of room.

Go the refurb route save a couple bucks

You can get a 32gb refurb from the apple store for 500.

Would add get the apple case is it's light and works well when they drop it, as they surely will.
Ours have survived a number of falls to a hardwood floor by a vigorous two year old.
