getting started

I have Windows Vista but no wifi. I've successfully got itunes to recognise my new ipad2 and to sync with it. But nothing's happening. It's not even giving me the option of searching for a wifi network (or anything else). How do I get connected to the internet and get all the applications to work ? I feel really stupid !

Presumably you have some kind of an Internet connection, wired but not wifi, is that correct?

Well unless your iPad is 3G you will need to get yourself a cheap wifi router.
