Trying to get my apps to my new ipad mini without using iTunes which uses mifi data (need to save the month's remainder for my online school). I want to sync ipad app to pc then sync pc app to new ipad mini. Is it possible? Is there any other way? We're all but snowed in here and the closest free web is at the library 20 miles away.
