Folders, Notes, customers apps

I am trying to find an app that I can open a folder, name it, write notes in it via stylus or text, and then be able to coy and paste it into other folders. can anyone assist?

Notes Plus can do most of what you're looking for. The Developer is constantly making new features for the app too and is highly committed to improving it all the time.
