I whats the best flah player (app) for watching streamed football.

There are no flash player apps. Some web browsers claim it, but it's very hit and miss, and it depends on where the stream is coming from and what server and codec it originates from. Whatever, the results on your iPad, if you do get it to work, will be very dodgy.
