"Find my iPhone" changed to iCloud as of today ?

Yesterday I played with that application and I got a different screen on my PC, then what I got today.
Seems to me that the application started to use the Apple iCloud as of today.
Here are the new screens that I got regarding the application.
By the way it works great.
My wife traveled out of town and I was able to follow her path all the way to the destination.

I have an iPad2 & an IMac After updating it asked me if I wanted iCloud I decided to decline as I don't trust having all my private files & pictures floating around in syber space I like to keep my back ups where I can get at them.
Anyone agree?

In that case I am sure you have never registered to FaceBook.
I keep reading about people concerned about their privacy, yet they have their FaceBook and the likes.
I personaly don'r care. Have nothing to hide.
Now my wife can't hide as well :thumbs:

I'm not concerned about Facebook privacy, because I don't use it, lol. There are too many people with nothing to hide on Facebook. TMI, lol.

Seems that something did happened to that site, and it is not available now.

Was it open only for a while and I happened to get in there during that small window in time ?
I read in the past that apple would finish the service for :Find my iPhone".
Could it be that they quietly cancel the service on Oct 22th ?

I just tried the above URL and it found all five devices that I have upgraded to iOS5.

On laptop, I had a link bookmarked to the old Find My iPhone URL, which directed me to the URL posted above. I signed in with my Apple ID and password, and all five devices popped up. I have two other ones that I haven't upgraded, which did not appear.

I also just tried sending Find My iPhone alerts from the app, using iPhone 4S, and they all sounded.

It is my mistake.
You need to access the site:
icloud.com
That will get you into the "https://www.icloud.com/#find"
you can't just get into the https link directly.
All is well now

I do have a Facebook account BUT I did not use my real details as I just wanted to see who was on there, I also have a Twitter account (details the same) so that I can follow team Sky pro cycling.
