Hi all..I am new to this forum. I wanted to know if anyone of u faces d same problem as mine..that is each time am using FaceTime before it connects to the person then it stops..it says connecting and when d person accepts my video call, it says connecting failed closes...thank u for ur views..

Another member had the same problem and the solution that worked was number three in the troubleshooting guide, making sure the date and time were properly set.
