Hi, i would like to use facetime when contacting friends but when trying to activate this i get a message to sign in with my apple ID,when doing this it says my ID is incorrect,i checked this by purchased an app that i wanted so i was using the correct ID.Where do i go from here ??? thanks johnjet ( i have ipad4 )

Thanks for your link, when i checked my apple identication there was a number missing which caused the problem.
