Hi,
I am researching for new software that will be intended for kids with dyslexia and particularly I am focusing on User Interface bit i.e. how to give instructions without using any words. I am looking for similar apps to be able to see how I can accomplish the task. If you could recommend some apps that would not use any written text only graphics and audio to give the instructions I would appreciate it greatly. Thanks!

Have you checked out the accessibility Voice Over features. Intended for the vidion impaired, it speaks the item the first time you tap (or drag your finger over) it, then acts on the second tap. It is supported system wide; though some apps do it better than others.
