Where is the opal????

I spent ages last night moving things around to get visitor numbers up. Only did short breeds in my caves..... Woke up this morning all excited and sapphire is still on the market! I WANT THE OPAL!!

Lol! Same exact thing for me! Lol! Come on, backflip! We're on the edge of our seats!

So anybody have any guesses on the opal combo? The wiki says they have a lot of water in them, so that's a given. We've all noticed that they use a particular dragon for the color of the stone. My guess (if they stick to the regular whitish opal) is snow and mud.

If I go by the time line here in Australia, it's just after 11pm on the first of October. By 2am - 3 am our time on the 2nd, Opal will be here! (Going on past release time)

Hmmm, I'm not good at time conversions? It's 9:11 am, east coast, USA. I think backflip, in CO, is 2 hours behind me. Wizards should be waking at any point!

I'm at level 35 too, but I have over 600 million dragon cash. I'm not focusing on the shrine grind thing, so I only get food when I get a new dragon I want.

I'm at level 35, and I have over a billion dollars in coins. My device is not jail broken. I can't speak for the huge amount of gems that others have! Some players do play harder and are more strategic. I have 6 rainbow habitats, 2 moon, 2 sun, 1 seasonal and 1 Olympus, 2 treasure and a huge panlong army. They bring in big dollars. And, I do play hard and often. It's the only game I play, and I love it!

How frustrating.... At least next time I will know when to expect it.

I'm in the UK so 5 hrs ahead of EST. maybe sometime this evening.........

I hope it doesn't use mud I only have one!

concerning the gems, i bought a lot once for the EBS and after BFS lowerd the price they gave me the difference back, this happend to some others too. Perhaps thats the reason for a lot of gems. In some cases. At least in my case ;-)

Agree with the water, i guess it's Quicksilver and Lichen

I accidentally have a Rainbow breeding in my island, so to make some money, but not take up my breeding cave too long, I decided to breed an Iron (4 hours). I put Metal and Earth in there....and got a 22 hour breed!! Scoria?? I wanted Scoria, but not when I 'm trying to keep one breeding area clear for when Opal comes out!

I don't think it would use mud. Opals are very clean sparkly and pretty! Mud, not so much!

Right dragon at the wrong time.

To breed an Iron without getting Scoria as result, use:

Iron+Metal
Iron+Earth
Scoria+Metal
Scoria+Earth
Scoria+Iron

The opal probably will come out around noon in Colorado. That is about when they usually do updates.
