So that clarified the confusion. they have new simulator option.

I just saw the simulator. It's pretty cool, if its accurate it's giving the odds of each outcome and sapphire looks like about 6%.

i just tried to make my 73 visitor increase until 120++ visitor by placing lots of gold tiles in one island cause me almost 5 million++. tried the (left)cold lvl 15 and (right) storm lvl10 for around 5 times. 4 hours each time i get. the 6th time i get a blue moon.

Yeah but it's still in beta version and i don't think it's accurate. Sometimes we get rare in 1st attempt or sometimes back to back. But at least we have an idea of the odds.

I still left plasma, malachite, ironwood, scoria, sapphire, Silver dragon, gold olympus dragon to get all the dragons.... after that next mission to get all gold shrine. then next mission to pump up all dragons to lvl 20. just little dissapointment on peridot. not able to get one. hopefully they will push that out again next year same month.

Cool! I thought it was gone. What time did you breed it? But DV FB said the wizard has extended it to 6hrs more, so maybe that's why you got it. 8)

oh i think....yesterday....no no i forgot but is already in incubation for 29.53 hours.. oopss...means now i still have another one...yes yes i have another one...there is another one now... just out. from 24 hours ++ in epic breeding ground. my 7th attempt is also blue moon. yeehaaa. back to back. now is in incubation.

my achievement there only left every last one....the rate i am going...whenever there is new dragon my "every last one" achievement cannot be obtain. please please how to make my breeding ground more fertile???

The wizard sent me an early birthday present 5 weeks in advance. My very first blue moon dragon when hatched, came into the world named 'Diana' - well it's close! Change the last letter to an e and it would be perfect.

The sandbox has 2 options, simple theory just looks at elements and would give both. If you don't select simple theory though its different.

ive tried with the simple theory and it still gives you both plant and metal hybrids in every case scenario.

Simple theory is not accurate when it comes to Opposite Dragon, or if there is specific breeding rules, so don't "check" the simple theory, you will not see Malachite and Ironwood in same combo.

"every last one" does not include limited dragons, and i think new dragons is also not included, i've achieve that before the Malachite came out. I'm not sure if they added it now. But to achieve it, it requires you to put every single dragon in island, it can be in different island, but not in hibernation cave. that is also the last one i achieved, i realize that some of my dragon was in HC, then as soon as i get them out of HC, i achieve it. 8)
