Congrats on the sapphire. I've had nothing but mud, ice, and other 8 hour fails. I wouldn't even mind a rainbow fail because I don't have one of those yet either. I guess I need to calm down as it's only day 2

I'm with you Aries, same, it is early days yet.....but here hoping for both of us that it's not toooo long a wait.

I used Mountain and Rain in the reg breeding habitat.

Also just now I put Blazing and Mud in the EBH and got my first Panlong!!! I'm so excited to have a Panlong.

...i dunno if this trick good or not... some of my friends tried...before attempting rare dragons..level them up. place them in different habitats. have them fight in coliseum. and now recently they added race dragon. after try any of these place them in the epic breeding ground success rate might be higher. if any of the loads of gems player especially the speed breeders team can confirm this maybe this can help us get those rare dragon easier...

Oh my gosh, I got Sapphire, and on my wedding anniversary too! How lucky is that?? ( at first, I was unhappy 'cuz it was 24 hours, but then I remembered the post about how 24 hours is the time in the upgraded epic breeding island)

I believe having a higher number of visitors help with getting rare dragons. One week I had 160 visitors(it dwindled down to about 120 by the end of the week) and I managed to get 2 peridots, 4 silver Olympus, 3 bronze Olympus, and a rainbow.

hmmmm..if that the case...heavy decorated island will lure more visitors in...especially the moment after u finish upgrade your whole island with golden tiles...u can see from 50 visitor go up to 75 or 80 visitors or sometimes more.. so this process of deleting and adding new golden tiles might help.

So sad, 5 hours ago I got a mountain dragon, and now I put my rain and mountain in the normal breeding cave and another mountain dragon is on its way. There's always tomorrow with both caves clogged with mountains.

Metal+Willow and Metal+Pollen can only gives you 5hrs, 7hrs and 8hrs fail time, which can sell for 1,000,000 DC.
