Thanks, kryp2n8 for the info, I unfortunately still didn't have the dragon I needed for Cherry Rd, (no Sakura, no Tree, and my only Plant was busy elsewhere!), so I sent in my poor Earth dragon, who lost! However, I was wondering if the race resets after 24 hrs or something to a different type, if you don't compete? I hate to spend 50,000 just to lose the race and get a chance at another. I keep losing money because I don't have the right dragon, or the right elements, grr!

If you don't have the recommended dragon, using epic or gemstone dragon is also good alternative, but all your opponent is also epic. the key to win races is still perfect timing, i can win silver or even gold using slow dragon if you got accurate timing. I don't know about the 24hrs reset, maybe it will like colosseum event.

So I keep seeing everyone mention the ironwood dragon but I don't have it on my game....? Is it like a secret or what? I tried to update but it says that's it's up to date. Any ideas?

Hi Hannah, welcome back, it's been a while. Ironwood is hidden from the market place as has already been mentioned, so no need to look for an update. The suggested breeding combo is chrome and plant. It's a 12 hour dragon. Some have been successful, others not so. Good luck, hope you manage to breed one.

If you are good with your tapping you can win or get silver for events with some different dragons, for cherry road try lava, poison or flower. A good option is to choose a rare if you have one. Moon, sun, gemstone or olympus.

Nice, we love it when people are 'trolling' and then decide to join. Obviously you have seen by reading the threads that this community is full of great people who are somewhat 'die hard dv players.' Ask anything, and you most likely get more than one response - its a great place to belong. I notice your emjoy smiles are not working. Simply put in : followed by a capital D and you will get this and by the way, congrats on the iPad too

Serious, have your two dragons finished breeding? Wow, that would be a first - maybe you're a history maker. Oh, I just swung by your place - history maker it is my friend, I see it incubating - congrats, I think!!!

Well after I got Peridot, everything has kinda been on a roll.. Got Rain and Ironwood and just got a 48hr with Firework and Cactus.. Hoping it's not a Rainbow! Lol

Wow well done! Rainbows bring in lotsa coins but hope its a seasonal for you.
