Okay I am about to breed with my new set of chrome/scorch. I implore you wizards, to please visit my island with a ruby!

I also just hatched my gold dragon, and got a gold in the colosseum. A GREAT 10 minutes.

I don't know about anyone else, but for me, I really don't like the look of the dragonsai gifting tree. When it's dripping with gems, it looks beautiful, but with no gems it looks rather barren. Yesterday as I was moving things around a little, I decided to put 5 happy trees around it. It looks really cool! It's green, healthy and looks attractive, even more so when the gems are shining - looks like it should be made that way!

I saw that on your island, and I agree, it looks awesome. I just wish the gems were always on it.

For me, on both occasions I waited and powered them up one after the other from 0-10. If you are waiting for your chrome and you already have a scorch, don't power up your scorch until you have hatched your chrome. That's how I did it - 2 try's - 2 rubies. It may not be a guarantee, but others have also listed that strategy in this forum. If you are getting frustrated, and you have no ruby yet, it's worth giving it a try. Keep us posted so that we can all rejoice with you when you breed her. Good luck.

That is what I did. I had a chrome before but I had leveled it up thinking I had a baby scorch, but didn't so I had to wait for a new set. Thanks, it was a great idea.

I got mine from chrome/scorch. If you still need the ruby I would suggest that one.

I got mine from chrome/scorch. If you still need the ruby I would suggest that one.

Just don't give up & never say never, I got my pearl on the last day. Use the same pair or lvl up a new pair, sometimes swapping sides helps. I got both my Rubys after lvl up baby dragons to lvl 10. Doesn't always work tho, I have 21 Fireworks to prove it. Take a break & breed something else you need. Then try again. Good Luck. I hope you get one soon.

Agreed, never give up. I have 16 fireworks displayed in my island.
Pls others dragon that I get when I'm trying on Ruby.
But when I take a break, guess what I get ?
I get rainbow and sun as a surprise, so u can breed something else and retry again. Good luck !
