I got my 2nd RUBY doing by leveling up my chrome n scorch two new ones all the way to 10 n like MAGIC I got my RUBY going to bed very HAPPY oh btw I changed a bit my islands neighbors if u want take a look an let me know if u like or not oh but the last island i am still waiting for the rocks to clear out to fix up that island doing the DV DANCE !!!!

Congratulations, really happy for you. That's got to be a good feeling as you head off for bed! Maybe you will be dreaming of ruby!!!

I hope that this combo works for others too.

No, don't try that combo as it will only breed you another firework and blazing.
Both of these dragons have the same two elements, fire and air - so you will get either of these two - firework and blazing.

According to the DV breeding sandbox the best combo is blazing and mud. Firework n blazing would only make firework n blazing, the sandbox does not give any other results

You should use mud+fireworks or mud+blazing. Also fog+lava. I suggest stick to one combo until you get it.

One last dragon for me to get, no malachite yet. Will try tomorrow - had a few goes and have a few pollen dragons as a result and a couple of chrome. I see it's still not in the market yet, however, backflip announcement came on my iPhone yesterday saying to breed it! A bit weird. I know it was a secret dragon, but I think the secret is out!

I have sent email to invite friend, and they downloaded dragonvale, but they don't show up as friend on dragonvale? How do we get this to work?

When you send request via email, it will only sent the link to download dragonvale, you still need to add them via gamecenter, better you should send request via your gamecenter instead, type their gamecenter id, they will received the request immediately, then they will just click accept.
