Oh really wow n every time I did a hybrid I would get everything but gold n now that am using non hybrid am getting gold....
I guess it's bc the wizards are....... Right let's not say it so we all can continue getting gold

If you are using hybrid dragon, make sure you use the 1st element of the dragon that fit the event. Like for example the event is for air, you should put chrome in it, coz chrome first element is metal not air. You can put blazing, willow, sonic, sandstorm or butterfly, all their first element are air. I always check first at the market and view category by touching the element icon below to see which dragon fits the event. That will help increase your chance of getting gold. And also higher level dragon have more chance of getting gold.

Just don't put habitat with opposite element together in one island. You are doing just right. But some hybrid dragon have negative and positive effect on the boost and some have double positive. here's a pic to help you understand clearly

I want to create a Panlong Island for money earning for the shrine grind.... So I am wondering what is the best habitat for Panlong AND what boosts?

Earth habs + water and fire boosts only. You can have 13 habitats on one island. (you're welcome to visit my panlong-island, it's ugly as h-l, but brings a lot of money...

I wonder if BF has ever thought of doing planet dragons? Have a Space dragon or Galaxy dragon be the rare?

You can put as much as 14 large earth habitat on 1 island with fire and water boost. here's the layout:

Very helpful indeed!

I didn't know the boosts could interfere with each other. So I made sure every boost and drag habs are in best working order now. It did take me quite a while to make it as perfect as can be. But my hard work will pay off, I'm sure.

try using hybrids that have the element matching the colosseum, its work most of the time..

I've always done that. I've even taken marks tip about matching the first element to it but with no luck. When I was saving for the EBI I got golds everyday for about 2 and a half weeks. Maybe I just got too many golds before and now I need to go through a silver spell before I can start getting golds again.

It's already in there... A few times. They will probably do it eventually, we just have to wait patiently. Maybe we should have the guy who designed the Sakura and firework dragons draw up designs. BFS seems to like his drawings
