Before I panic. I opened up dragonvale this morning and I am at the beginning, no nothing. I should be at level 30 with everything but the gem island. Please tell me what to do to restore my game. TIA

When you open your DV, Did it ask you to sync your game with the one with level30? You should have reply yes or continue.
Go to your gamecenter, check if you're sign-in with the same account you are using before. If you're already sign-in, sign-out first, power-off your device, power-on, sign-in your gamecenter, open your dragonvale. I hope this work.

I found out the problem. Game center disengaged my password because it was too short. Now I have a new PW that pleases the game gods and I am good to go. Thank you all for your help. It is a good day when I don't have a panic attack.

Me too. My progress bar has not budged one iota. Very frustrating. I get that it will take A LOT if exp to move up to level 31, but the bar is not even moving

My daughter (yes, I'M the one playing, not my 7 yr old) noticed that my green bar showed up last night! I didn't do anything different than I've been doing, I.e.. Bedding, hatching, feeding & growing food so it just may take a while for the bar to start moving.

I try to write down the names of everyone and follow that when giving gems but sometimes it will say "... and others" when you log on, then I don't know whom to reciprocate. Never mind the times I lose my list or forget to write a name down!

Good thing it didn't wipe out your previous game. But you're in level30 already,you played for a long time now, why just now the game gods asking you to change your PW?

Well I forget, so what I do is just start from the top and work down. Because the person you sent prior is black out, this way I can help everyone lol. I advised my friend of this game knowing she would get addicted and here I am addicted. Bests of luck everyone! I just got a moon WOOOHOOOO friends

I wish there was a quick way to see how many of each dragon I have. Maybe in the market when you are looking at eggs. Just realized there are 2 dragons I never got (Forge & Plasma) don't know how I missed them.

Maybe you are logged out of gamecenter and if that isn't it try completely shutting off your iPad/iphone and reopening dragonvale. I have also heard of emailing backflip support and they will help you - sorry if none of these are helpful - I hope they are
