Fletch could I trouble you for a re-evaluation on my shrines please now we have this bloom ,totals are now as below ( not much change ) and I have one mine at lvl 13.1 and one at 12 and a cactus at 14

No, no. That's cool. It is possible that they have changed the rules or made those rules for this specific dragon (like the time rule for Sun/Moon) but it takes time to check all these variables, and with a 1 in 3 chance of getting it already, I don't see order/level making a noticeable difference.

Something Different

I have found that the primary benefit of the Colosseum competition is in obtaining XP points. Once you're at level 30 and you are willing to buy some gems, it seems like the cost is often greater than the return. So I have been infrequently entering a dragon into the competition. Which made it seem like a big waste of space. And lots of people here have designed Colosseum Islands much nicer than mine. So I figured what the heck and I got rid of the Colosseum.

In its place I have put the Featured Dragon Island. The initial dragon featured is the Bloom, one I like a lot. To start things off, there are three triple boosted Blooms, two level 15 adults and a level 15 Turbo Baby in a Cold habitat.

In the future I'll probably use new ones, but not exclusively. I will also feature dragons that I simply like a lot, like the Clover and the Bluefire.
