I worked 25 years at IATA (international air transport association) and one good day they decided to send me in retirement in line with that thinking that women over 55 should be eliminated lol. Since then they pay me to stay away from the office, t is wonderfull.
Beside that, i had started end of 90th with website making (learned by myself) and had my little side business. That's the Pilou part of my ID. (am sure Poppy has figured it out/googled it since a while).
I also worked for about 6 years for microsoft i.e MSN as sysop on their chats. Of course, and online with their policy, this was a voluntart job. No wonder they make so mucb money lol.

Sounds like you are from Greece, and retire at 50.. :) but their economy is crap due part of that. Well well, as soon as you like what you do, it's OK. I love my job, I go up 4:30 - 5 every morning (commute) with almost a smile on my face! I have a vary in my work that I like, economics, maths, about the law etc and the best people as co-workers!

I'm all about the democracy ... if the majority of people think that 3 bigger prizes is better, then I'm happy to go with that. I'm just trying to give people more of a chance, so that instead of being 1 chance in 7, it's now 1 chance in 5. Can everyone please post their opinions on whether they would like to see 3 or 4 prizes?

4s Good :)

Writing from the sunny northeast US this morning I'm excited to report that I decided to try a combo I'd seen listed awhile back, seaweed and firefly, and now have a 48 hour breed in my BC! Hooooorraaayyy! (hoping, thinking, a rainbow, my second)

Hi All,

My name is Becky and I am a Dragonvaleaholic. I started playing in early November, 2011. I resisted the urge to spend "real money" for 5 full weeks. Until . . . I had some "real" world time constraints that threatened my ability to obtain a pair of Reindeer Dragons. Then it started . . . the late nights breeding dragons, harvesting treats, and tending dragon habitats. But, time was against me and it simply wasn't enough . . . I wasn't getting a Reindeer . . . and I needed one. . . . well two actually.

Finally, I broke . . . . after using all of the gems I had, including all I could beg . . . yes . . . beg . . . from friends. And 3 per day from my kid's abandonded accounts. (I'm so ashamed!!) I purchased gems! Only a bag of 130 . . . justified it by saying I was supporting the game developers. By now it feels like I'm supporting them, their current and future spouses and children, and possibly their In-laws!!

OK . . . I exaggerate . . . I've only purchased gems 5 or 6 times . . . but still . . . it's a "free" game. Of course, I also believe chocolate is good for me and I will die a horrible death if I don't eat some daily! (Still, so far, so good on that one :p)

I will admit to getting more than a bit excited about the leap year dragon idea!! But am trying to remain calm. I am thrilled to have the Reindeer and Love dragons safely bred and paired on my islands. And just hours ago placed a Sun in the nursery. It will officially complete my collection so I have at least one of all currently available dragons!! However, I am horrified . . . HORRIFIED . . . to have missed the Bone dragon! Apparently I started playing about a week too late. :(

Anyway, I decided I'd been stalking you all for long enough without introducing myself. I have been following this thread for a while and want to say thanks for all of the fabulous tips from everyone!!

Also, to Fletch (your maze is amazing), Birdmaestro (love, love, love the nursery), and GT500girl (what kind of champagne are you serving on that bubbly blue island? It's fabulous!) -- thank you all for friending me in GC!! There are many others who have island designs that sound intriguing who I hope to visit soon as well!

Oh, and I also can't believe I missed the ghost dragon . . . Oh wait . . . I think I just saw . . I mean . . . sensed one . . . :D Must go check it out . . .

Becky

Love your introduction and welcome! Happy breeding!

Goodnight from a scorching Adelaide in Australia. I have been making inroads to my shrines, making money, making food leveling up. It's such a long and tedious job but nearly there.
Here's hoping tomorrow is a little cooler here.

Here's Jack's hatchery:

Poppy

I am so envious of little Jack hatchery. Can he rub some of his luck on me. Poppy would it be alright for Jack to say a few words to us. When my son Jake was young I would have him dictate his thoughts and I would write it verbatim. I still enjoy reading his journal, as I could still hear that small voice his personality at that moment.

My question to Jack, which dragon do you like best? and why?

Lmao I can defo see why you are a cat person ,they are cheeky but funny and cute too lol x x x

Correct.

I have difficulty sleeping....

Take some more pain meds. Should do the trick.

Me too....

Take some of Poppy's pain meds. Should do the trick.

That makes 3

Wait, DV addicts can count?

I can't stop myself from thinking about you.

I know, but if you keep sending me chocolates I'm going to have to call your parents. (The voicemails of heavy breathing are okay, though. That's not a problem).

Obligatory DV content:

Je te plumeré le Epic Île de Reproduction,
Je te plumeré le Epic Île de Reproduction,
Et le Epic ÃŽle de Reproduction,
Et le Epic ÃŽle de Reproduction,
Oooooooh ...
