The two options will give you:

37 Earth
37 Fire
37 Water
37 Air
41 Plant
41 Cold
36 Lightning (assuming that was a mistake at the end there)

OR

42 Plant
42 Fire
42 Lightning
37 Air
37 Earth
41 Cold
41 Water

Now I'm not sure why you need an extra Plant, Fire or Lightning in the 2nd option, so you possibly only need 41 Love dragons. And assuming you only need 36 for Lightning, you can make up the extra 5 Plant/Fire elements with Flower/Poisons which will again decrease your breed times. The second option is going to be faster, but you need so much coin to buy food that I don't think it's going to matter too much which way you go.

If you can keep some of the panlongs for coin generation in the beginning, then I'd definitely start with them, and possibly switch over to option two once you're at a Poppy level of earnings. Then again you said you can't check your park that often, so perhaps making as many Earth habitats as possible and filling them with Sandstorms is the way to get started.

The other variable is the selling value of the dragons when you're finished with them. But if you're spending 16 million on food, then the difference between receiving 5K, 100K or 1M is pretty small at the end of the day. Or to put it another way, the difference between needing to earn 16 million or 15 million to level up the next dragon is pretty small.

Thanks Fletch :D When i did my calculation i did the figures on the max number of each dragon id need to finish a shrine. For example, i my on need 36 lightning, but id need 41 plant, therefore i wrote 41 love. Its just. Rough estimation. Id keep checking my shrine figures and adjusting acoordingly.

Im thinking ill go the panlong route at this stage. More time to save for coin :) i already have 9 rainbows and 6 panlongs pumping out coins and im collecting hats more often too :) just gotta get that last island now :)

Bout 12 million but havent emptied my rainbows habitats yet today :)

Y'know ... What you should really do is add a ton of friends to your list, enough so that it takes one whole day to go through the whole list getting hats. Then you can spend an hour getting hats, go home and empty your habitats, spend an hour getting hats, go home and collect from your habitats, back and forth. That would maximize ...

LMAO LOUD TommyB you are wicked. I was laughing so hard I had to read your post to my hubby. You only got a big wide smile from him.

I think I'm the only one who actually likes the shrines better before they go to silver or gold  In their original form, sort of a combo bronze/silver, they're very interesting visually. All dark silver or all gold takes away their definition, seems to me... :-) Not to say I probably won't continue selling dragons to level up, but, them's my thoughts!

Also, in regard to update wishes, I would love it if they created some way to rotate decorations and even habitats, so they don't all face the same way. For all you OCD folks out there, my OCD thing is I have to have all the little houses and buildings facing into the center of the island, not off the leading edge - which sometimes is too hard to do! And, the paper lantern and bamboo shoots would be fun to get to turn different directions.

I have only reached silver on some, but it appears if you exceed 50 level 10 dragons, they get a darker blue green pigment with more details. You make want to look at some of mine. And I am thinking it would do the same if you exceed more than 50 level 15.

I totally agree!! But this requires more rendering as currently the object is 2d. Nothing on the back. To make then rotatable they'd have to render it to be a 3d image (hope this makes sense) but for those of us with ocd, like myself, i reeeeeeally hope bfs takes the time and does this :D

Nah. The dragons flip. Doesn't have to be 3D at all; just four pictures, one facing each cardinal direction, should be good enough.
